Version 1.1.0 (Current Release)

Focus: Collaboration, Templates, and Multi-Language Support.

  • Upkapp Templates: Added the ability to import and export pre-configured structures of Groups, Items, and Jobs. Users can now share custom blueprints using a unique Template Code or choose from our System Gallery.

  • Smart Merging: Template imports now safely merge into your existing configuration without overwriting or deleting any of your current data.

  • Job Restart Capability: Introduced the "Save and Restart" feature, allowing users to safely reset a Job's cycle to a new start date while keeping 100% of their historical compliance data intact.

  • User Localization: Every user profile can now independently select their preferred interface language (English or Portuguese).

  • Minor Bugs & Performance Improvements: Addressed several minor bugs and performance improvements.

Version 1.0.0 (Official Launch)

Focus: Core Engine and Intelligent Scheduling Framework.

  • The Four Pillars Structure: Launched our hierarchical data organization engine: Groups > Items > Jobs > Work Orders.

  • Smart Status Sorting: Implemented our proprietary prioritization algorithm that ranks tasks based on the remaining time versus your custom Advance Notice Window.

  • Dynamic Scheduling: Created dynamic recurrence logic that calculates the next task's due date from the actual completion timestamp instead of fixed calendar dates.

  • Counter & Data Tracking: Enabled usage-based task triggers (mileage, operating hours, cycles) featuring our manual 2-click, 5-second quick update dashboard.

Our vision is to continue removing the mental load of repetitive processes. Here is a look at what our team is building next:

  • Developer REST API: Released lightweight API endpoints for automated meter/counter updates via external systems including custom software, IoT sensors or GPS/telematics trackers. Other endpoints will be released togheter.

  • Developer Webhooks: Released webhooks for automated notifications for when a Work Order is generated, updated or completed.

  • QR code to complete order: Added the ability to complete a Work Order by scanning a QR code generated by Upkapp.

  • attach pictures on work orders: Added the ability to attach pictures to a Work Order.

  • WhatsApp Automated notifications: Send notifications directly to your Staff users' WhatsApp numbers or group with work orders status.

  • improve reports and dashboards: Improve reports to show more information about the work orders and jobs.

  • Advanced Data Exports: One-click history extraction to polished CSV and Excel formats for accounting and auditing purposes.

  • Granular access control: Granular access control over items
